Terms of Use and Sale – Professionals

These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OhMyDoug platform by animal professionals. Any registration constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose
OhMyDoug is a SaaS platform enabling animal professionals to create a profile, be connected with pet owners, share behavioral assessments and manage their business online. These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
2. Platform access
Access to the platform is reserved for animal professionals with a validated account. Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date information. Any account may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms or abusive use of the platform.
3. Subscriptions
OhMyDoug offers different subscription plans (Free, Basic, Premium) whose features and pricing are detailed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are for a fixed term (monthly or annual) and automatically renew at expiry, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize automatic billing on the renewal date. Prices are exclusive of tax for professionals subject to VAT. All invoices are available in your personal space.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no prorated refund is made. In case of cancellation by OhMyDoug for breach of these terms, no refund is due.
6. Liability
OhMyDoug provides a connection platform and shall not be held liable for contractual relationships between professionals and pet owners. The platform is provided "as is"; OhMyDoug does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to perform maintenance.
7. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer. In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, after prior attempt at amicable resolution.
9. Amendments
AGWEBCREATOR may amend these Terms. Any substantial change will be notified by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
