These Terms of Use and Sale govern access to and use of the OhMyDoug platform (ohmydoug.com) by any individual user. By creating an account or using our services, you accept them without reservation.
Purpose and service description
OhMyDoug is a digital platform enabling pet owners to take behavioral assessments, find and contact qualified animal professionals, and use exercise tracking tools. Published by AGWEBCREATOR.
Registration and user account
Account creation is required for certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You can delete your account at any time from the settings. Any fraudulent use may result in account suspension.
Services and pricing
Some services are free (viewing professional profiles, partial access to behavioral assessment results). Paid services include: Basic behavioral assessment and Premium behavioral assessment. Prices are displayed in euros including tax before any order validation. AGWEBCREATOR reserves the right to modify its pricing, with changes applying to new orders only.
Payment
Payment is made securely online via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We do not store any credit card data.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Pursuant to Article L.221-28, this right does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your express consent. By immediately accessing your assessment results, you expressly waive this right. To exercise this right in eligible cases: contact@ohmydoug.com.
Liability
AGWEBCREATOR shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure, information published by professionals, or the suitability of behavioral recommendations for your situation (assessments are a support tool, not veterinary advice). Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ohmydoug.com/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Mediation and disputes
In case of dispute, please contact us first at contact@ohmydoug.com to seek an amicable solution. If unsuccessful, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge. The European online dispute resolution platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of unresolved dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you also benefit from protections of your country of residence if they are more favorable.
Amendments
AGWEBCREATOR may amend these Terms. Any substantial change will be notified by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
